De Ritz residence is not bad. It have AC, internal bathroom (with washbasin, shower), towels, free WiFi, comfortable beds, mineral water (2 bottle), toothbrush with tooth paste, good service, and more importantly it fuse with Indomaret. It is recommended for those who often traveling cause the price is worth enough to balance its facility and service.

The locations far from anywhere, and the atmosphere kind a transit hotel. Room facilities especially bathroom need to improve.

Outside of the lodging rate there is an additional fee in the form of a deposit of 100 thousand (refunded at check out) and service of 30 thousand. Ok for wifi. Cold AC. Hot water okay. Motorcycle parking inside okay. Secure car park in front of Indomaret. Strategic location. Accommodation area with cctv. OB friendly. Towels are there. Gallon mineral water is available outside the room. The cleanliness of the room is further improved (hair, ants, dust, bed linen and pillowcases, etc.). Conclusion according to budget and needs. Success and success always. Thanks.

Dirty room! If you're remodeling, don't rent it out because it's very annoying! No towels no toothbrush! Smelly room! The sheets were not washed and dirty! Public drinking water!

Ordering a king size, it turns out that you get a twin room that doesn't match what was ordered. Dirty sheets have yellow stains, dirty bathrooms, dirty rooms.
