Penipuan. Kamar sangat tidak sesuai dengan foto di aplikasi, AC panas, dan kamar sangat bau dan kotor, baru check in saya langsung check out gak kuat.

Parah! Dapat kamar no. 102.(-): 1. Kamar tidak seperti foto properti (tidak ada TV, AC rusak/panas sejak dinyalakan). Saat ditanya, itu foto yang dulu dari manajemen sebelumnya π³. 2. Sarung bantal, sprei kasur & selimut tidak pernah diganti. Sangat bau, banyak sisa rambut & bercak π. 3. Lemari tidak bisa digunakan karena dikunci. Barang bertebaran dimana saja π. 4. Tidak ada meja, air minum, sabun. Apalagi perlengkapan saniter lainnya π. 5. Kamar mandi terbuka atasnya. Wastafel tidak keluar airnya & banyak kecoa mati di lantai.(+): 1. Diberikan 1 (satu) handuk kecil (ukuran 70x100 cm) yang saya gunakan untuk alas berbaring ditempat tidur. 2. Tersedia wi-fi. 3. Ada kolam renang ada dengan air keruh & tidak ada mesin saringan air yang berfungsi. Saya terpaksa keluar dari hotel setelah setelah sholat isya di masjid dekat hotel. Ini penipuan terselubung, entah secara langsung atau tidak langsung. Harap pihak agen online punya mekanisme audit terhadap tenant-tenant yang bekerja sama. Pengalaman ini sangat merugikan agen online maupun pelanggan seperti saya.
