The room was full of cockroaches. Check-in was at 2 but the room wasn't fully ready at 2. I asked for an earlier check-in and was told it was full. The bathroom didn't have running water, making it muddy. The toilet bidet was broken. The TV was dead, but luckily it was replaced immediately. The staff was quite friendly.
Not suitable for a 4-star hotel. I was hoping for a peaceful sleep after a long trip, but instead I caught a cockroach. Huh?

I'm sorry to say this. As soon as I entered the room, there was a cockroach in front of the door. I didn't post a photo of the cockroach, but I did take a photo. This will help us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms for our customers in the future. Thank you.

When we checked in, the room we booked (Family) was no longer available (Why)? We were given a small room with a mattress on the floor, adding to the cramped atmosphere of the room. We couldn't even sit on the chair because the mattress was there. The floor and bathroom were very dirty and covered in moss. The towels were no longer suitable for use. The loud music from night until 6 am only stopped. The carpet in front of the door (whole way) was very dirty and needed to be replaced.
Went to breakfast at 8 am, the food was gone, only white rice, a few vegetables, boiled only a few pieces of sweet potato, the serving plates were half empty, the 4 tubes that were supposed to have juice and milk were all empty, the waiter said there were no more? The waiters at the restaurant were in a panic, many guests had no food. The tables were dirty, they didn't know how to clean them. I had to point out that they were still dirty. The plates, bowls, and forks were empty, taking a long time to refill them. There were many workers but they didn't know their jobs. We were very disappointed with this hotel. We regretfully will not recommend it to other guests. Maybe TravelLoka needs to do some survey before recommending your guest. 😎very disappointed.

I booked a non-smoking room, but when I checked in, I found the room smelled of cigarettes, and the hallway to the room also smelled of cigarettes. I wanted to ask to be moved, but I was too lazy because it was already very late when I checked in.

The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, but it's a bit annoying with the bar on the rooftop. The intention of going to the hotel was to rest, but instead I couldn't sleep because I was disturbed by the sound of the ding ding from the rooftop until dawn. There should be soundproofing so that guests who stay at the hotel can rest comfortably. Oh yeah, the swimming pool is also dirty, it looks like it's not taken care of, lots of flies are dying.

The bathroom and bedroom floors were dirty, and there were two small bugs crawling around, I ordered a deluxe room type in the photo there was a sofa and a small table but the room I got did not have a sofa and a small table, even though in 2022/2023 I often stayed at this hotel, always ordering executive, junior suite, and more often deluxe room, there used to be a sofa and a small table, except for the new superior room type there is no sofa and a small table.

When I arrived, I immediately turned on the AC, but it was really hot. I called engineering, saying they would check on the rooftop, but there was no follow-up after that.
I had to call reception several times and immediately asked to be moved because I was hot and needed to rest immediately.
I was given a room with a fairly cool AC, but the AC was so noisy that I didn't even have the energy to complain, so I just accepted sleeping all night with the AC making noise.
The food wasn't very fresh because there were small insects like mosquitoes, but not mosquitoes, flying around the buffet. So I ate a little and didn't finish it, so I went straight up to my room.
The only thing I appreciated was the friendly security guard.
