Pernah berjaya pada masanya namun kini berantakan, AC hanya keluar angin, spreitidak beres, pokoknya hancur, bagusnya hanya akses kamar sangat dekat dengan pantai, untuk para karyawan tetaplah bersemangat, tetap layani tamu sesopan dan sebaik yang kalian mampu lakukan, tetap jadilah berlian dimanapun kalian berada.

Room not cleaned. Dust on the floor, especially under the mattress. Cobweb spider. The advantage is that the room has direct access to the exit, the family room has 2 king beds.

1. The rooms seem unkempt. The toilet door is broken. Tv doesn't turn on. There is no ac remote. 2. The officer is a thief. The wallet is left in the room, the contents can be lost. D complete dodge. 3. Free breakfast only has egg fried rice and uncooked porridge.

Pelayanan baik, fasilitas pantai cukup baik walaupun dibeberapa tempat ada sampah dan kurang dirawat, fasilitas kamar kurang baik karena furniture yang digunakan kurang nyaman. Sebaiknya cantumkan gambar sesuai dengan fasilitas yang didapat, kalau tidak dapat memiliki fasilitas balkon jangan cantumkan foto balkon di pilihan kamarnya.

We ordered 2 family rooms, there was 1 room where the AC was not cold, wanting to move rooms turned out to be the same, the AC was not cold either. At night because of the heat, my mother moved to my sister's room next to her. Hmm, quite disappointing. Please improve the service by checking each room unit. Thank you.
