Very pleased! Staffs very helpful and friendly. Rooms very tidy and clean. It has bathtub and new furniture. Very recommended for couples and family. Ps: it has big pool and beautiful restaurant too.

stayed here for 2 nights but regretted it a bit.
the location is near Pandawa Beach and Melasti.
but around the hotel there are no places to eat or mini markets that can be reached by foot. so just gofood.
several times met the staff in the hallway but did not greet.
check in can be earlier if the room is available.
breakfast on the first day because there were few guests so ala carte. I chose fried rice but it almost had no taste. my child chose fried noodles which was quite good.
the second day breakfast was buffet but hard corn flakes I don't know what brand made my child choke and vomit.
the only thing I like is the spacious and clean room.
this hotel is not suitable for those bringing children.

Book 2 rooms with connecting door, got on the ground floor. The room is nice and clean, spacious, cold AC, there is a door leading to the backyard. Small toilet, strong water flow, no hand towels. Parking is only enough for a few cars. Breakfast for the price is quite proper (IDR 75k), delicious fried rice, others are ordinary. I didn't try the swimming pool but it looks fun even though it's small.

Good location. Parking is very difficult when it rains, have to park on the street. Parking staff are not friendly, always say because of the manager's rules, the food is not tasty and does not match 4 stars. Pool water looks foamy, room is quite good. Stainless steel trash can is rusty.

Very close to Pandawa Beach, please check again, how come you didn't get a towel when checking in? I called the receptionist several times and they said it would be a minute, and then again, my friend was on his way there, but he didn't show up for 3 hours.

It's really good for the size of the room, it can accommodate three people with children, the bathroom is really clean and spacious, there's also a bathtub, the swimming pool is very clean and the atmosphere is really pleasant and calm, basically it's okay, I don't regret staying here.
