Everything was great however the check in process was long to wait because they have some issues to deliver the laundry from the other hotel, so we wait for hour and half at the lobby

I expected a nice room like the first time I stayed there. I got a room with a mirror next to the sofa. There was a mirror next to the TV. I forgot which one, but it was on the second floor, facing BNI Bank. And I forgot whether it was a deluxe king or superior king. Because it was my fourth stay, the air conditioning in room 208 wasn't cold. And I was so hot that the back of my shirt was wet.

Very bad, it's terrible. I'm fed up, the hot and cold water doesn't work, there's no refrigerator, no table, no TV plus Netflix, for that price, it's better to look for another place

Someone stole my car spare part, even though the security guard directed me to park it next to the hotel :(, the door battery was also down so I had to go back and forth to the receptionist, the room was also dirty with lots of hair from the previous guest before us stuck to the bed wall :(
