Close to the bustling center of Malioboro, every corner is clean.. overall in good condition

I've done it many times and I don't get bored because the access and other things are so pampering.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is satisfactory.

the location is very strategic, close to Malioboro, the hotel is good, the rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. it's just that the breakfast is not very varied, and many of the foods are cold. hopefully in the future the food will be more varied

It's fun because it's close to Malioboro and there are lots of culinary locations around the hotel.

Worst stay experience. Sleeping on pee all night. I never thought I would experience something like this in a hotel. Initially I didn't plan to stay in Yogyakarta, but because I didn't sleep all night, I decided to look for a place to stay around Malioboro considering the easy access to culinary places and shops. I checked in around Maghrib. I went out for a quick bite to eat, then went to bed early. Because I was very tired and sleepy, I went straight to bed as soon as I got to my room. In the morning I had breakfast, then around 9 am decided to go back to sleep to prepare for the trip home. This is where the unpleasant thing happened. I smelled a pretty pungent smell of urine. At first I thought maybe it was just my feeling, but after trying to move positions, the smell got even stronger. I finally got up and checked the mattress. How shocked and disgusted I was when I found traces of yellow pee clearly printed on the sheets, even the smell stuck to the bed cover. I was really shocked and felt very angry and disappointed, because that meant I slept all night on the previous guest's pee. I immediately filed a complaint with the hotel management. However, because my child was in a deep sleep due to fatigue, poor health, and also had to consider his physical preparation for the long journey home. I could not immediately allow the staff to enter to check the room. The hotel did apologize and offer a compliment in the form of coffee, but I refused. Not because I wanted something more, but because I was too disappointed and annoyed. I did not expect the hotel's cleanliness standards to be that bad. The sheets and bed cover were not changed even though I checked in at a time that should have been enough to prepare the room. Room cleanliness is a fundamental part of hotel service. Please make it a serious evaluation.

This hotel is very strategic and close to the Malioboro area and Jogja Station, and the facilities provided are comfortable and the service is good.

Good place for business trip and family trip.

It's quite good, but yesterday when I checked in I had to wait quite a long time because the staff was still checking the availability of the room, even though it was already 15.00 when it should have been ready, because I booked the room 2 weeks before I went to Jogja, there was no trash bin in the bathroom, the trash bin near the sink was very small.

The location is close to Malioboro and souvenir centers, the staff is friendly, and there is an indoor playground for children.

Pertamina Hotel is indeed ok, unfortunately the rate of Pertamina employees is still higher than Traveloka. The room is ok, clean & tidy. The bedroom layout is comfortable for the eyes & looks spacious. The taste of breakfast is quite good.. the menu is also extensive. Because the temperature of Jogja is quite high, it is recommended to add air conditioning in the restaurant. The glass design makes the room a bit hot.
