The location is connected to the BSB Mall. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. It has access to Marquee on 7. However, the food selection is quite limited and the taste is average for this class of hotel. Perhaps it could be improved. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

The room wasn't completely cleaned, with dust on the floor and table because it hadn't been swept. The pillows smelled musty. The bathroom corners were dirty, the sink was extremely dirty, the toiletries weren't cleaned, and the toilet spray was ugly and damaged and hadn't been repaired.
Please improve the room's comfort. It's not worth the price.
No information was provided regarding the vouchers I received, considering the room purchase included access to the water park and pool, but the receptionist didn't inform me.
