The location is adjacent to a public beach, if you want to swim on the beach there are no corals, if you want to play banana boat, you can go directly to the next beach which can be accessed directly from behind the hotel. It's just that there are many sellers who insist on offering their wares. When we arrived, the room floor was dirty and sticky, so we asked to be cleaned again, and finally we mopped it ourselves again in the morning with tissue because it was still sticky. The room is also quite old and poorly maintained. The hot water takes a long time to turn on and comes and goes, hot and cold. The view of the beach from the room balcony is very beautiful. Across from the hotel there is a convenience store and many places to eat so it's easy if you want to shop. But in my opinion, with the price offered and the existing conditions, it's not worth it. Management should be more professional and better maintained.

Fun, because I chose a room that directly faces the sea.
Unfortunately, the Wifi here really doesn't work.

Hotelnya bersih, staffnya ramah2, kamar yang view juara banget pemandangannya indah. Perhatian jangan booking lewat Google karena nomer telp di google adalah nomer telp penipu sudah banyak yang kena tipu transfer uang untuk bayar hotel dll termasuk saya entah polisi udh bertindak atau belum tapi ko ya lama sekali ya sampe skr no telp penipu di google msh bisa di hubungi, jadi booking lewat app saja paling aman.

Strategic location with sandy beach and cool view. Unfortunately when staying there the elevator was not working. And it seems like it is not being repaired even though it is peak season. Wifi is also almost unusable because it is slow. But in terms of staff friendliness, atmosphere and location are great.

Booking via traveloka, easy and fast. My favorite hotel in the Anyer area, strategic location next to the Karang Bolong tourist attraction.. the rooms are modern with smart TV, cold AC, the view is amazing.. the room is directly in front of the beach..
the staff is very responsive.. I happened to bring my parents, because the elevator was broken, I asked for a room on the ground floor, and it was immediately filled.
the breakfast is quite varied, and the taste is quite good..
a recommended choice if you are on vacation to Anyer..

It was very pleasant to stay at Pesona Krakatau, coincidentally booked a sea view so you can directly see the beach, sea, and sunset. The room area is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is on, the cleaning staff is very responsive in wiping the floor area that is wet by visitors from the beach to the room. The staff is friendly, in conclusion staying at Pesona Krakatau is ok value for money. Thank you.

Staying overnight while fasting because the kids wanted to play at the beach. Especially with the takjil and sahur delivered to the room, making the stay even easier and more enjoyable. The 2 little ones also enjoyed playing at the beach. Good job Pesona team.

3rd time staying here, the beach is nice without coral. but this is the first time it's really not comfortable, room 102
1. The AC is hot
2. The floor is oily and not clean
3. There's still water in the electric kettle
4. The soap and shampoo are empty and not refilled.
even though check-in is at 17.00 WIB.

the hotel staff are all friendly and very helpful. so far the room is clean. the refrigerator is also quite cold. the view from the room that happened to be on the 3rd floor (room type: sea view) is really amazing. the price of food at the hotel is also standard hotel, in my opinion the taste is delicious not bland. rich flavor. in front of the hotel there is an Alfamart. on the beach in front of the cottage there are ATVs, bananas & donut boats so you don't need to move beaches to play water sports.

A nice short vacation here, the hotel is clean, there is a private beach😍 the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.
The room we ordered with a sea view really spoils the eyes and feels relaxed (for people who like the beach atmosphere)
The food at the restaurant is quite good and the price is affordable. However, the butter chicken is quite salty😁 but its okay.
But the bathroom needs to be fixed, because the water is clogged in the sink and the shower.
If I go on vacation to Anyer, I will come back here again.
Hopefully Pesona Krakatau Cottages & Hotel will maintain its good service and continue to improve its shortcomings.

Overall very pleasant and good service. The room is clean. The sea view is the best of the best!! The balcony is big.
For breakfast it's standard nothing special
Suggestions and input:
- the bathroom lights are better to use bright lights, not dim
- in the bathroom for some reason there is stagnant water in front of the toilet, so it's muddy. Maybe a solution can be found for that
The rest is ok rate 8.5/10 🫶🏻
