Utk harga yg relatif murah, ini cukup oke klo utk istirahat, bersih. Hanya sj tdk ada tisu baik dikamar maupun dikamar mandi, baiknya disediakan tisu.

Pd saat menginap secara langsung. Memang sudah sangat layak, 3 hari 2 malam tidak ada kendala-kendala yang berarti. Air panas disediakan, ac di dalam kamar, tv jernih dan dapet 1 handuk saja. So far, jadi rekomendasi menginap di Pilatus. Didepan hotel banyak rumah makan dan warung. Sarapan, siang bahkan makan malam djalan bawah ada seafood. Toko kelontong murah juga ada. AKekurangan hanya pada jam pulang kerja, akses jalan macet.

Pertama kali mau menginap di sini agak ragu karena lihat riview di google kurang bagus tp akhirnya langsung kita datengin ternyata hotelnya ok banget. Malah kamarnya lebih ok dari fotonya. Receptionistnya ramah & gercep hatur nuhun pak Adi 🙏🏻 mau masukin foto tapi tidak di izinkan oleh aplikasi travelingnya 😂 istri saya sampe betah & lanjut extended lagi. Saya menginap di kamar 102. Kamar mandi bersih. Waterheater berfungsi nonstop, seprei bersih hanya aja handuk & shampoo cuma 1 aja. Saran nih kalo bisa handuk & shampoo di kasih 2 bisa di kasih jemuran handuk di kamar. Sama lampu di depan kamar di terangin dikit yaa 😁 sangking ok nya istri saya sampai kasih recommend ke teman-teman kami. Dan udah 2 kel yang langsung nginep di sini. Mereka masing-masing ambil 2 kamar ya. Pertahankan terus yaa kebersihan kenyamanan & keramahannya. Wifi juga kenceng. Next saya bakalan jadi langganan deh di sini 😍 hatur nuhun 🙏🏻untuk semuanya & para room servicenya. Sukses selalu 😎.

Tolong lah kalau yang parkir kunci ditaruh. Jangan mobil di tinggal gitu aja. Susah keluar nih mau ada acara jam 6 pagi harus ngaspal. Masa kunci mobil nutupin jalan gitu aja. Mana yang jaga ga ramah lagi

Bagus. Kamar type classic ruang dan kamar mandi nya termasuk lumayan luas dan bersih. Ada air panas. AC dingin. TV berfungsi baik. Minus nya dapet handuk dan mineral cuma 1 aja. Tidak dapet sabun. Shampoo sachetan. Parkiran mobil juga terbatas. Agak susah.
