The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I need to book my flight through my phone, but unfortunately, something went wrong with my phone, and the front desk helped us to book my flight free of charge. Recommended place to stay.

very well place. they give me a welcome drink. I got problem on my room card and they fix it immediately. very humble staff. swimming pool, gym & rooftop are open for all based on protocol. thank you so much

The staff is very friendly, the price is affordable, and the room facilities and amenities are very complete. It's definitely worth returning here if I'm on a staycation in Yogyakarta. And I'll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Yogyakarta, because the hotel is that comfortable.
