Stay for 2 night but the television welcome sadly setting for other person and still not change until i leave. i check in late and the staff when i asked what is 28 finest her face look mocking me. and the other day i can enter the room, with tired body need back to reception to activated the key, and the staff not say sorry.

Overall, the Platinum Hotel is very comfortable, but the sales representative for the corporate promo price is less responsive. Even if all the rooms are full on the requested day, they should still provide the corporate price list. At least for reference for future visits. This time, they only said yes but didn't send the list 🤭... finally bought it through Traveloka

2 nights stay at Platinum, hotel entered the lobby smells clean, staff is friendly, entered the room is clean, spacious, bright, comfortable twin bed mattress, big window, really big TV can do YouTube my child likes to watch cartoons on YouTube, the bathroom is also spacious there are 2 functioning hot water showers, complete toiletries soap shampoo toothbrush etc, good toiletries, big wardrobe, table for many placements, there is a comfortable purple sofa, the food has a lot of choices from western Asia Indonesia, there is soto banjar soto Lamongan lalapan, but the yellow rice is not warm, there are various candil porridge, many choices of eggs from fried to boiled omelet, drinks from coffee tea juice press jamu are also available, there are chicken noodles curry sauce and tomyam but the curry sauce is like Indomie but delicious, ice cream is also available, Saturday Sunday there is a Platinum clown walking around during breakfast at the restaurant approaching my 2 children giving them a gift of very cute cookies my children are happy.
