Just checked in at 2 pm bringing the family, considering it was close to the office. Then at 17.40 the room electricity went out, immediately called the cellphone number in the application. After calling, for up to 30 minutes no officer came to the room to check or there was an alternative to moving rooms. Called back, rejected several times and said wrong number after picking up. After reconnecting, instead of having a solution, they were told to pray and look for a mosque because it was at dusk. Meanwhile, in our room there was a small child sleeping, the room was dark and the room was on the 4th floor. There was no apology at all, we were told to look for another hotel and the money was returned after an administrative deduction. And when we were pushed away and told to leave the hotel, we looked for another hotel. It's natural for guests to be angry because staying here is also paid and not free. This was the first time I stayed overnight, when the guest got angry because of a complaint, instead of apologizing, they challenged me and asked for it to go viral. The receptionists were old men who were clueless, they said they had booked via an application but didn't understand. The room is also not comfortable, lots of cockroaches, the bathroom is also not decent. The parking lot is also very narrow, especially for motorbikes, it only fits around 10-13 motorbikes.

Kasur tidak empuk, sprei dan Selimut tidak layak. Kondisi pada Bolong. Handuk putihn nya berjamuran warna Hitam, koneksi wifi di infokan waktu selesai transaksi dan Koneksi jaringan Wifii suksah koneksi. Alat mandi shower rusak. Ac Kurang dingin walau sudah di setring 16 deraajat.
