Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near the Airport ✈️🏨 Had a great stay at this accommodation located just minutes from the airport—super convenient, especially for early flights or late arrivals. The airport transfer service was a huge plus! It was smooth, on time, and made the whole experience stress-free.

It's a nice hotel, clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly.

We were staying at this hotel only for transit before our flight at 1 am. The check in process was smooth (the staff was helpful and the security helped us to bring our luggage). We booked their shuttle to the airport but unfortunately it wasn’t that pleasant, they told us to be at the reception at 10pm but once we were there (they need to contact the driver first, the car wasn’t ready yet and the guy at reception didn’t really pay attention to us, instead he is enjoying talking with a lady/idk she looks like staff as well but nah). Quite pricey for this kind of service that they provide. The good things is just the location. *if you don’t have small change, better don’t stop in front of the hotel bcs there is a parking fee and can only pay by cash (for online transportation).

Suitable for those of you who are transiting to Terminal 3

The AC is not cold enough, the TV remote doesn't work, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available, you can buy them separately at the reception (not offered/explained from the beginning), the taxi service provided by the hotel needs to be improved (because the rates are unclear, the driver is friendly at the beginning, then forces the fare at the end, and speaks rudely). That's my input, hopefully the service will be better, so it doesn't reduce the number of guests staying.

Always like Pop Hotel because the whole building is a non-smoking area. Also like the shuttle from hotel to airport and vice versa!

close to soehat airport. the driver arrived quickly, the pick-up driver was not friendly, the driving was chaotic. The bus to the airport was hot, there was no AC. Overall the room was ok, cute and clean, only the bathroom cover sometimes didn't fit, so there was a gap and the water came out into the room + unfortunately there was no restaurant either, shopeefood/gojek had to pay 3000 for parking (there was a way to not pay, but the driver didn't know). the security and the person who helped carry the suitcase were very friendly. oh yeah, the room wasn't soundproof so you could hear sounds from outside, which means that people outside could hear our voices too. it was a bit scary. hahaha

Near the airport, there is free airport transfer, clean rooms, very friendly staff, affordable prices 😁

good hotel for transit, because it is only for transit because I will be returning the next day. the friendliness of the receptionist needs to be considered again, the information is incomplete, at 08.00 in the morning I wanted to go to the airport, the bus that would take me was said to be full, even though the night before when I checked in, it said there was a bus that would take me every hour, so I took an online taxi.

Please pay more attention to the amenities for staying overnight, there is no toothbrush.

It's nice that there is a free shuttle pick up drop off from hotel to airport.

We came here for catching flight next day. All of staff are friendly, helpful, and kind. The location is good, shuttle bus is provided. Will be my option if I get transit a bit long in CGK ❤️
