Friendly service, nice hotel, strategic location, clean, cute capsule-shaped bathroom, but unfortunately, it can't be closed tightly, so you can see outside when you shower. Breakfast was average, lacking variety. Overall, I enjoyed staying at POP Hotel.

The AC in my room wasn't cooling. I'd moved six rooms and been helped with room upgrades, but the rooms still weren't cooling and the AC didn't work. The sheets were dirty and had yellow stains. I wasn't given any compensation other than the room upgrade.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The jet spray was broken, but it was immediately replaced without the hassle of changing rooms. The service is good. The AC is cool, and the parking lot is spacious.
