The staff is friendly, check-in is fast, and the lights have been changed to white, making them brighter.
I've stayed in room 303 twice, and the sink is still clogged.
Please check back in the future, as it's a bit uncomfortable when the sink is clogged and the water takes a long time to drain.

When checking in the room, it couldn't be accessed, using the manual key also didn't work, so we ended up changing rooms. The problem in room 312 was that the toilet would float for a long time when defecating and the water would stagnate because there was only one disposal area and the same problem still existed, there were still a lot of mosquitoes, and the parking area was also dark. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

First time staying here for a long time, (previously only stayed for one night) and honestly... the hotel's ambiance is indeed the comfortable type for me (feels like home). I want to come back again, it's comfortable to rest, and the location is also strategic. The view facing the horse statue roundabout, the best view if you want to see the hustle and bustle of Bekasi people who will be active from morning to night. Every morning, the FO always asks about room cleaning. So the room is always clean while staying there.

usually when going to a hotel the main door is opened by security, but here the security is at the reception,

The hotel staff is friendly, they really remember what the guest's preferences are. But unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room is not like the first time I came, there are still scattered hairs, the duvet cover and inner duvet are small as if they are not suitable for the size of the mattress. The room is quite spacious. But unfortunately there are a lot of mosquitoes. Reported to CS, they said they would fog it. Huh. Fogging at night, when can you sleep? At least provide regular mosquito spray

Really like the friendly staff, from the beginning of checking in, only waiting a while to prepare the room, then there is a deposit of 100 thousand. There was a problem in the room, for example the room window did not close properly, then there were many ants in the room like in the village and the AC was not so cold.. but after informing the Front Desk, maintenance was immediately sent to the room, checked and could not be fixed, so we were immediately moved to a more comfortable room to rest.. the receptionist was informative and very fast in any service, whether from hair dryer requests, room complaints, breakfast in the room at what time.. basically everything was on set for the service and very friendly. maybe because the hotel is old too, so maybe it needs some more maintenance and cleanliness in the room..
