The hotel is located in a very convenient place, where a lot of stores and restaurants are open. Hotel building is very new and clean, with good safety locks. A starbucks is located on the 1st floor. The room is clean, well equipped with necessary items, and with free snacks.

The hotel service is excellent, with free valet parking for four-wheeled vehicles for those staying at Pulang Ke Uttara. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Staying here with my family, the atmosphere is very comfortable, and being at Jakal feels like being in the epicenter of Yogyakarta. Everything is close and within reach.
The room is neat and clean, with all amenities working properly. Although there's no in-room telephone, the staff is very responsive when contacted via WhatsApp.
So far, I've been very satisfied with my stay here and will likely return if I have the opportunity.

Friendly hotel staff, free valet parking, close to food stalls.
Unfortunately, there is no extra bed service, so if you bring older children, you will have to sleep on the sofa.
There is free welcome food in the room..
Thank you also for the gift in the form of a key chain with our names written on it as the hotel booker.

The hotel is very artistic but not creepy, very cool!!! Close to the campus area and the northern ring road. In the surrounding area there are many restaurants & places to eat, from cheap to expensive, other facilities around such as laundry, minimarkets are also easily accessible on foot.

Overall, it's very comfortable to stay here, my first experience in Jogja bringing 2 children, the room is spacious, clean & comfortable, there are many places to eat around..
For car parking, there is a Free Valet Service, so it's not complicated to find parking..
The only minus is that the breakfast doesn't have many variations, & the complimentary in the room is 300 ml of mineral water, maybe it can be improved again, at least get 600ml..
When I go home, I get a key chain with our name on it, this is also a plus 🥰
