The staff is very nice. Informed whether to reschedule because at the same time there was an event of other guests that was quite noisy. So offered whether to reschedule because it might disturb comfort. Luckily the intention was to staycation, so it was okay to postpone. Itโs recommended to stay at Puri Ansell for itโs facilities and photo spots. Lots of cafe and one good restaurant nearby, the Locomotive which food are very tasty with live music and relax environment around

More professional for the staff, the receptionist is not friendly, no smiles, during breakfast it's good but it seems like they're just playing around, not professional, the bathroom area has lots of items on the ceramics ๐ฅฒ

It's pretty good, but it doesn't have a private entrance gate. You have to go through the cluster housing gate where the security guards are not very friendly when entering/returning to the location at night.

Good atmosphere. Comfortable. But security guards walk around all the time. Rules everywhere, if you break them, be prepared to be charged. Hammocks are not allowed in the pool area. While chatting in front of the room at the pool, suddenly a security staff turned off the pool lights without asking permission. Immediately passed by and turned off the switch. Portable stoves are not allowed even outside the room in the pool area or on the room terrace. The receptionist did not give a polite greeting, seemed curt. You break them, you will be charged. ๐

The location is conveniently strategic near various viral beaches in Sungai Liat, almost all the staff are friendly but there is one receptionist who is a bit senior, a grumpy woman who is still young but friendly. Then we ordered a superior room type and it was uncomfortable with the vitrage which had gaps and was visible from the outside. The AC was also not cold even though the next room was covered in dew. For cleanliness, the hotel is very clean. For food, honestly, the breakfast is not very good. But you must order seafood at the restaurant because it is that delicious ๐๐ we bought food at 10 pm because we just came home from the city, even though the restaurant was almost closed but it was served well. And the seafood was very fresh, it seemed like the most delicious seafood I have ever eaten. Plus the price is affordable, the portions are large. Then the restaurant guard is really luv. When we ate outdoors there was a dog, we were guarded by the mother waiting for us until we finished eating so that the dog would not disturb us. If asked if I want to stay at Puri Ansell again? The answer is yes but choose a room with cold AC hehe

Very comfortable to rest, complete facilities. But there was an uncomfortable experience with security, maybe they work according to the standard but in my opinion it doesn't have to be too rigid, we visitors feel that we are not free, try to be a little friendly, scary, but still smile friendly and we are also given an explanation of the hotel boundaries so that we don't get reprimanded when Don't play in the hotel arena because you don't understand the boundaries, overall recommendation.
