This is the third time we stay at the hotel and it still feels pleasant to visit it every time. You have to take a walk around the hotel in the morning, there are so much thing to see. We love the environment so much. The food is good, the room is comfortable and the staff is so friendly. We would still love to stay for the fourth time

I upgraded my room to deluxe and It was exemplary. I cannot find anything to complain. Puteri Gunung is up to now the best place to stay in Lembang area. They have pools, water heater, good breakfast even though the occupancy was low we still have pastry and fruits buffet plus main course ala carte.
I love this property due to their quietness at night, the greenery all around you, and the chilly air in the morning.

The housekeeping in the room was lacking. There were underwear hanging in the toilet. The mattress looked like it had been used but hadn't been made. The ambiance was good, no need for AC.

I've stayed here twice and it's been a great experience overall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but since there's no air conditioning, it's best to enjoy the facilities outside during the day or evening. The swimming pool has a heated pool. You can explore the spacious back area of the hotel, but unfortunately, the deer are no longer there.

This is the first time I've used Traveloka. I booked a hotel on Traveloka and the voucher was included with Agoda. I paid the expensive price but they gave me a cheap room. Oh dear. If only the hotel service was friendly.

The distance from the room to the lobby is quite far, and the paving blocks are quite bumpy. It's difficult to drag suitcases. Staff would be helpful. Bringing older people would also be difficult.
The main attraction is that it's family-friendly, and the hotel area is quite spacious and has fresh air, which is good for children's activities.
The rooms would be much more comfortable if there were an exhaust fan (in addition to the one in the bathroom).

beautiful surrounding and clean cool air. location at main road, pass the city of Lembang. lots of resto in front of the hotel for dinner/lunch. lovely and wide garden area with pine trees to explore
may be difficult to bring older family members, suggestion: allow car to enter into cluster of rooms/villas and drop family and luggages near the room/villa. otherwise even bringing own lugages is challenging, need help from staff. or better hotel offers electric buggy cars to move people.
