This cottage is very good in providing service. All room boy is very friendly. For breakfast it is very good because there are many menus available. The cleanliness of the cottages is very good especially the clean bathrooms. This cottage is very private so it is perfect for finding tranquility, relieving stress with its sea views. Suitable for family events, meetings and honeymoon.

The plus points: The pool is clean, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and very quick to respond to complaints.
The minuses: There are many ants on the coffee table, there are geckos running wild on the walls and floor of the room, the room key is hard to open and has to be pulled and pushed forcefully to open it, the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work.
When I first arrived in the room, I immediately made coffee because my eyes were really sore and wanted coffee. While taking out a cake that was still sealed that I brought from home. The coffee hadn't been finished, we left it to accompany the children swimming. When we finished swimming and entered the room, ants were rampant on the table, getting into the cake and the coffee that hadn't been finished 😌.
Geckos were also free to roam the floor, almost stepping on them if you're not careful 😔.
Please be more aware, even though the room price is the cheapest, it doesn't mean that the facilities are neglected. In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time there are ants, lizards in the room, and the hot water doesn't work, plus the door lock is broken.

The kids really enjoyed their vacation here. They could ride the bikes provided by Putri Duyung and swim with the amazing view. The kids could also play ball in the play area. Everything was complete.

Those who bring parents/small children should not choose a room on the upper floor because the stairs are small and narrow.
The food is less varied, especially the buffet dinner (225k)
The swimming pool is nice, but the smell of the gutter/mud is very pungent.
The room price does not include the entrance ticket, because it is in the Ancol area, so you have to buy a ticket for 35,000/person and vehicle.

Absolutely not! The room did not meet expectations, the room was stuffy. From check-in I had ordered an extra bed and until 6 pm it had not been delivered. Asking to move rooms was not possible.

There are a few things I need to tell you from our room. There's cicak feces all over the room. There's a visit from curut last night. There's a smell from the sewer in the bathroom. There's a centipede in the bathroom. It just feels like the room is not cleaned regularly to keep it clean. However, the AC works great. The room was quiet at night. The beds are comfortable.
