The admin's treatment was not good, I made a sudden booking, at a price of 400 thousand, there were no other hotel options, all hotels were fully booked at that time. Check in at 11 pm because of the trip from Bandung, tomorrow morning I had to have work in Depok, I called the apartment unit admin WA to ask for help checking in, but the impression was not good, I was scolded not to bring more than two people, must show my ID card, even though I came with my husband, I always bring my ID card, it was like giving advice to a secret guest, oh my God, this is the first time I have been treated like this. Even though he can speak politely and friendly. This was a high tone, then I asked for directions to the apartment, he said in a high tone, I said I was already in front of the Santika Hotel lobby, where else? He snapped at me, he said why is it in a hotel, it's not a hotel, even though he just said the apartment is in front of the Santika Hotel, Ma'am. In the end, I had to go around looking for the location. When I arrived at the apartment, I didn't want to have high expectations because I was just sleeping for tomorrow morning's activities. The sink faucet was leaking, the toilet faucet was leaking, the sheets were shabby and didn't smell good, the window blinds were broken and couldn't be opened, this was enough for my experience staying at this apartment.

The problem of adding because you ordered the wrong room type, it is clear in the title of the transit room while you asked for an overnight stay, and it did not arrive as you explained, because we only asked for the difference in price from the overnight stay. 2. We have explained and directed the check-in process many times but you did not listen and did not want to ask the security, because you were embarrassed to ask and got lost on the way. 3. According to building rules, all guests are required to have their own identity without exception and the rules have been listed in the application before you order, make sure to read everything first.

Room like warehouse, really not comfortable to stay. Door broken, chair broken, air con like a fan, room smells, wardrobe lock and a lot of dirty stuff inside, no internet. Kitchen set also a lot of unnecessary stuff

No longer, the service here is really messed up, the first week I checked in, it turned out the date was wrong, that's ok, it's my fault, but I chatted from there, there was no response at all, asking for a resch because the date was still far away, and yesterday I wanted to check in. It turns out I can't because I'm still underage, even though I've shown my ID card not once or twice to the hotel but only to be rejected from here because I'm still 17 years old?!?!? Wtf😨 okay the service from there doesn't say you can refund the money later bro, just wait, but where until now? I know the cunning brain of the service from here says it can be refunded so we can withdraw from there hahaha, when I chatted again it refused to refund because the second party didn't give me clear identification from there it said it could be refunded, it's an illegal place I swear it's on fire.

Awalnya diberi kamar di lantai 9 lalu karena shower tdk bs dinyalakan (kerannya dol), pdhl sebelumnya sdh lapor owner. Malah owner menyalahkan kami ktnya tdk konfirmasi balik, lha jls2 jika ada kerusakan maka owner hours lapor Da Lat ke bagian engineer apartemen, tp dia ga lapor2. Alhasil di pindah ke lantai 7 ruang 714a, keran berfungsi tp bocor sana sini, wastafel bocor, selang shower bocor, selokan kamar mandi ga ada tutupnya, ada kecoak pula di unitnya. Buat owner, klo unitnya ga ready fasilitasnya dan ga layak sewa, jgn disewakan ke org. Judulnya aja apartemen tp amat sgt jauh dr definisi sebuah apartemen

Berharap udah excited dengan harga segitu biasa dapet kamar yang lebih worth, ehh malah di kasih kamar redup lampu cuma satu redup banget, lampu banyak yang mati, AC tidak dingin, dan satu lagi entah yang punya property atau ADMIN yang saya hubungi slow respon wa tidak balas harus di telepon pakai seluler, jika wa saja tidak akan respon, untung aja pengurus yang anter kunci sama jemput nya baik dan good attitude.

Bener-bener dibuat ga nyaman di room ini, ga sekali dua kali nginep di mares tapi baru kali ini costumer di perlakuin ga sopan. Nginep di mares itu biasanya dapet visitor buat nuker KTP pas waktu check out tapi pas check in katanya visitor abis, yaudah ga apa-apa soalnya kata yang kasih kunci besok pas mau check out di anterin, pas besoknya keadaan lagi tidur tapi yang nganter KTP (beda sama yang kasih kunci) ga tau punya masalah apa gedor-gedor pintu sambil teriak “woy ini gua mau kasih KTP lu”, pas buka pintu dia ngomongnya udah nyolot banget udah gitu nadanya tinggi banget udah di jawab gw lagi tidur bang malah tambah teriak-teriak dan malah ngajak berantem, plus ngatain kata kasar ke saya pula, hadeh. Intinya hati-hati kalo nginep di sini dan yang nerima abang-abang tatotan di tangan, nanti kalian di ajakin berantem hahaha.

Firstly, from the start of your check in you look rude, the check in process is by telephone, not missed calls many times, then it's not WhatsApp in pppp language, I think application users definitely have a good attitude when contacting someone, secondly, it's time for you to check out, but When you knocked to return your identity you didn't get up until you knocked repeatedly and didn't respond, once you responded you just shouted from inside the room like someone who didn't have an attitude.

Tertulis ada fasilitas kolam renang, tapi ternyata tidak dapat diakses oleh pemesan dari aplikasi, hanya pengguni. Parkir bayar lagi, dengan harga parkir di mall. AC kamar berbunyi keras sekali sepanjang malam. Kipas di luar kamar berbunyi juga keras sepanjang malam. Pemilik dihubungi sangat tidak ramah. Tidak bertanggung jawab. Menyalahkan pembeli.

Ya ampun yang punyanya emosian pemarah, di konfirmasi check in malah ngamuk katanya saya rese, pas mau check in nunggu 1 jam, udah gitu pintunya copot gak di benerin. Parah banget gak mau lagi dah nginep di sini.

Pengelola bener-bener gak ramah. Saya udah 2x nginap di sini, yang pertama kali saya diem aja karena saya positif thinking mungkin yang bersangkutan sedang ada masalah. Yang kedua kali tetep aja kayak gitu berarti memang tipikal manusianya gak ramah, ketus dan gak mengakomodir masalah yang ada di apartemen.

Kamar sempit, agak berdebu, kasurnya sepertinya tinggal per nya saja, busa nya tinggal sedikit. Naik ke kasur seperti di atas kasur yang berisi air, goyang-goyangnya. Letaknya deket pasar sehingga agak bau kalau di parkiran.

First for your review the smell is because the position of the apartment is close to the candlenut market and your balcony is open, it is clear that you will inhale the aroma of the market, I suggest if you don't want the smell you stay at the Santika hotel which has no balcony door so you won't smell the aroma outside room.
Second, you enter at 17.00 pm and you ask to check out at 17.00 as well as the time you enter, it is clear in the terms of the check-in application and check-out. You call 5 minutes late is it according to your words?? Before the check out time has been confirmed but you leave at 13.00 more, if you don't want to be overtime follow the existing rules instead of making your own rules.

The room is quite spacious, there is a small kitchen with standard equipment, it's just a shame that there is only 1 spoon, so I take turns with my husband to make it . The drawback is the middle of the night is excited because there are cockroaches .
