The staff was friendly, the room I booked was spacious, clean, and fragrant. It's strategically located near Lawang Sewu Museum and DP Mall, and the rooftop pool is excellent.

Very friendly service
The location is great, close to Lawang Sewu tourist attraction, and there are lots of food in the area. It's close to DP Mall. If I go to Semarang again, I will stay here again. Thank you Quest Prime Hotel

everything is good, only 1 drawback... the parking space is very limited even though there is free valet, but it's still not convenient because you can't set up at one time, especially if you want to take something you left behind... oh my... it's a hassle

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and I am not sire whether I liked it or not.
First during check in I was informed that I will be tagged to smoking room, when I already put my special request for non smoking room on my reservation. I even called the hotel to ensure my reservation but they did not mention about it will be subject the availability.
Second on 1st night as well, I was called at night and got info that I cant extend my extra bed since they will be full tomorrow. But when I confirmed the reservation in afternoon they did not informed anything, they only said my extended booking already ok and I can be at same room. Since I insist, they gave me the extra bed on 2nd night
The parking lot is limited, they prepared for free valet parking for it.
Foods was also just a so so..

This hotel's location is in the city center, and it's across the mall, which is a plus point. It also has a spacious room enough for 2-3 people. It's comfortable and clean, although I think the quality of the pillow could be improved. Don't need to worry about mineral water because you can refill your bottle.

Room: Got the one at the very end, when checking in the AC was not cold enough but at night the AC was cool, the bathroom exhaust was not working properly, reported to the officer with a quick response and immediately fixed it. Fixed it. Room number 1218 is the room at the very end in front of the goods elevator.

Almost everything is very pleasant, only one thing is disappointing: direct access to the main road to pass the reception must be via stairs. This makes it difficult for guests who have limitations in their leg activities. We had to go down to the basement first (using the elevator) before we could access the main road.
