I have stayed at this hotel twice before and have always been given permission for late check-out until 12:30 without any problems. Today was our third stay, and as usual I requested a late check-out which was also approved. However, at exactly 12:00 the electricity in the room suddenly went out, even though we did not remove the access card from its place. After I contacted the receptionist, I was told that the card had to be updated first in the lobby (something that had never been informed to me before). Because we had limited time, we did not have time to go down to the lobby. As a result, I had to take a shower and relieve myself in the dark. This was quite disappointing considering my previous stay experiences were always good. Hopefully in the future information like this can be conveyed more clearly to guests. It's a shame we won't be coming to stay here again because of this unprofessional incident.

Room was OK, nice, only there is no hand towel and soap for the wastafel. Breakfast average even minimalist 😁. Overall it's worth it 👍

You could say this is a hidden gem. The location is a bit hidden inside the cluster complex. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with Smart TV. The swimming pool is spacious. But what is lacking here is the small variety of food. Overall, this hotel is cool. Will come back here again.

First time staying here, the staff are friendly, the room and hotel area are also clean. Wifi is safe, breakfast is okay, I haven't tried the pool yet but the size is quite good. Maintain the hospitality and please take care of the pool, whether the floor is stained or there are stains that haven't been cleaned. Overall it's okay 😊
