I am on a family vacation here, according to its 4 stars, the hotel is the same as the mall, the hotel is immediately welcomed friendly, the staff are very friendly, lots of elevators, fragrant, clean, neat, not noisy, if not wearing a mask given a mask, hand sanitizer is provided that smells good in each room, the room is very clean can get a nice view directly to the pool, the bathroom is very clean and the design is champion, recommended!

This hotel is different from last year..where, for the hot shower it was not hot, so we had to take a shower using cold water, the sink was leaking and it took 40 minutes to fix it, for the staff at the swimming pool service there were too many prohibitions which in my opinion were not urgent and were also not friendly, and for television entertainment it was already outdated, where other hotels already had netflix..here it was still on indihome tv channels..and for the check-in staff who were diligent...how come there was only 1 employee serving check-in..while the officers there seemed unwilling to serve guests because it was not their job desk..even though the officer was free

The hotel staff was good, but when we asked for a trolley to carry our things, the staff replied that the trolley couldn't go inside. There aren't any trolleys for carrying things that go all the way to the front of the room.

The hotel staff wasn't very responsive. When we arrived, the parking lot was being used for a concert. We couldn't park our car, but instead, we were told to use valet parking. Phew.

I had such a wonderful stay at Radisson Kedaton Lampung.
Everything was amazing, the rooms are beautiful, clean, tidy and the bed very comfortable. Also the property itself is in a great area.
Enjoy every moment here, special thanks to kak afril from receptionist that very helpful and warm to welcoming us. Also kak Viona that decorate our room for honeymoon.

The room was okay, the location was okay, but parking was a bit tricky. For a 4-star hotel, there should be a dedicated space for guests. I was on vacation, and my car had a roof rack, which made it a bit difficult to get into the mall parking lot.
