As for the room, it's good, clean, smells good, and the AC is also very cold. However, yesterday when I stayed there, there were a few towels missing, they weren't available. I asked the OB myself and called the office, but they didn't pay attention. Thank you.

In one of the rooms I stayed in, the AC wasn't cold and leaked, making it feel like a sauna. The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn't work properly, the drain was clogged, the hot and cold water didn't work properly, and the TV was crawling with ants. If possible, the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms need to be improved. If there's anything broken in the room, please check it and repair it immediately so that guests can stay comfortable.

the room is spacious, quite soundproof even though it is on the edge of the highway. the breakfast is quite good. but the room smells, the bathroom door can't be locked, there is no wifi on the 2nd floor, the area is quite dirty with lots of cigarette ash everywhere.
