Check-in time was a bit long, because initially I wanted a non-smoking room, but the receptionist was very informative because the non-smoking rooms didn't have a view, so I was moved to a smoking room with a better view.

The hotel is nice, the lobby is spacious and elegant, the parking lot is spacious. The room is also spacious, the bed is big and soft. The bathroom is actually nice, spacious, full of glass, but for the shower, when you take a shower, the water stagnates so it floods out into the sink. Maybe the drainage needs to be fixed again, otherwise it's okay.

strategic access, once you enter the room it smells good, clean, the room size is also spacious, but unfortunately the soundproofing in my personal opinion is very lacking so for those who like peace and quiet to rest it will be very difficult to sleep soundly especially if the room on the upper floor is right above us it is really very disturbing so for the soundproofing of the right, left and above it is very lacking, & for the waiters the legacy please improve your attitude towards customers your attitude is very minus! the friendliness of the staff from the beginning until being helped to the room & wanting to be helped to the roofoop I give a thumbs up very extraordinarily friendly alertness to help / direct, but unfortunately there is one staff who is minus unprofessional & one more the food is very salty! because I was hungry I still ate but didn't finish it. please improve the attitude of that one staff! the rest 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because there are many plus points so I still give the best rate and the ryaz hotel umm is highly recommended.
