I couldn't find my ID card when checking out, and in my opinion it was intentional on the part of one of the employees, and I contacted the hotel manager, but the manager's response was very bad, not polite, not friendly, long story short at the end of the chat on my telephone with the hotel manager, the hotel manager even said "just bother people". My conclusion is that the hotel employees are very disappointed, and please Reddoorz inform the hotel owner about this problem, so that the employees can follow up. Thank You.

Dari awal masuk kamar sudah tidak terkesan nyaman. Sprei dan selimut memang sudah dicuci tapi banyak sekali bercak noda dan terlihat kotor, dan kebetulan melihat kecoa kecil banyak sekali di sekitar meja dan kamar mandi, akhirnya minta pindah kamar saat itu juga. Setelah diberikan kamar yang lain, ternyata sama saja. Malah lebih parah karena closet nya tidak ada dudukannya (?). Ketika sedang tidur terasa ada kecoa yang berjalan di kaki saya dan benar saja ketika mengangkat selimut ada kecoa di kasur. Sangat tidak nyaman. Area tangga sangat kotor seperti tidak pernah disapu dan di vacuum. Jika saya bayar kamar itu dengan harga dibawah 100rb mungkin saya tidak akan meminta lebih, namun saya bayar hampir 300rb dengan fasilitas yang sangat mengecewakan. Beberapa kali ke cabang Reddoorz lain, baru ini yang paling buruk. Sangat mengecewakan. Tolong tingkatkan kebersihan area hotel terutama kamar.

The place is really not well maintained, the sheets and blankets are dirty 😅 what's worse is the head pillow, oh my, it's dented like it's not a hotel pillow then I found 2 cockroaches in the same bed as the bathroom 😅 fortunately the room's AC is cold if it doesn't go down in a closed room without windows like that. The water has a heater, but in Jakarta, what you need is cold water, the water is really hot, it's hard to control. Yes, the experience of cheap hotels compared to others, how about 🤣 I forgot not to take a photo, I just wanted to check out quickly, wkwkw.

The water doesn't turn on 😭 even though everything else is okay. It should be handled quickly, okay? This guy is almost even about to check out. There's no water.

Just when I entered there were already lots of small cockroaches: (the bed sheets smelled just like they were rotten, the TV AC was functioning well, the bathroom was quite spacious, unfortunately there was no shampoo or soap.

The toilet is dirty, lots of yellow crust, the white towels are brown like a doormat, the walls are dirty with lots of graffiti.
