The room is spacious, only the bathroom is poorly maintained and at night the water doesn't come out.

The amenities could be given more like toothbrush or toothpaste, because now we only get soap and shampoo. The pillow is flat so it is not comfortable to sleep on, the rest is acceptable

8The room is spacious with old furniture. The AC works. There are 2 bottles of water. The TV doesn't work, there are no tissues. The towels are clean. The bed is quite comfortable. The blanket is worn out. The large bathroom is quite clean, there is no hood, confused about where to hang it. The hot water doesn't work. The worst thing is the sitting toilet, first you can flush it, then you have to fill the open tank yourself.

The room is spacious, but the place is not very clean. The bed is not comfortable. The sheets are old and look dirty, the bathroom smells. The cleaning staff when asked for help gave many reasons for not responding quickly. So the water spills in the room were cleaned up by themselves.

This accommodation location is the closest to the children's boarding house in Jatinangor. The deluxe room order (no. 23) is located on the second floor. 1-in front of the swimming pool area. The surrounding environment is quite comfortable and quiet, so you can get maximum sleep. The car park is quite wide and roomy. The lighting at night (indoor and outdoor) is also quite good and bright. For food, there are many stalls/cafes/restaurants available around the accommodation, so you prefer to stay overnight without eating. Room cleanliness is quite good with stable cold air temperature from the AC in the room. The only toiletries provided are bath towels, there is no soap, shampoo or toothpaste with a brush, but this is not a problem for me because I always bring these personal items. The shortcomings in the room facilities include a TV whose channels cannot be accessed at all, even just to watch national news so that it is not quiet when in the room, and a bathtub in the bathroom which only exists as an accessory, because it cannot be used at all (no there is a flow of water into the bathtub), so bathing activities are carried out using a shower with warm water that has a decent water temperature and the water flow is sufficient for relaxation and cleansing the body. As a suggestion: to improve the TV channels and bathtubs so that consumers can be more comfortable. Even so, I will still stay at this location again, because the family aura and polite and friendly greetings from the staff make the atmosphere of staying overnight feel like being in your own home environment.

Kamar yang di dapatkan tidak sesuai di foto iklan di apps, tolong di update agar pesanan yang di order sesuai dengan foto yang di sajikan. Kolam renang tidak dapat digunakan ada pembersihan, AC kamar tidak dingin sehingga kamar sangat pengap. Untuk ruangan kamar cukup bersih, toilet agar ditingkatkan kebersihannya. Di tempat check-in di sediakan kulkas dan air panas dan tersedia parkir mobil.

The room isn't what I expected as the pictures show on the app. The staff said that there was a technical mistakes about the pictures where the pictures being switch between deluxe room and family room. Please change the pictures, so another customer won't get any misleading information again concerning the pictures. Everything but this are fine.

AC is not cold and turns itself off. The air conditioner leaked a lot of water on the floor for my child not to slip. Very noisy. The window can't be closed. Very bad. Disappointed.

With that price, you can get such facilities. Naturally. There is no STB & remote. We used 2 rooms for 2 nights, 2-2 of them didn't have STB even though we didn't want to watch TV because we were too busy. 1 room has no AC remote, so borrow from the next room. There is a large trash can in the corridor & it is often visited by cats & rats so the trash is often scattered around because of them. Soap towel blanket mattress is fine. Pool clean. Hopefully everything can be better.

Neat and spacious rooms are also worth the place.
