Pay more attention to the facilities such as WiFi, it is written but it cannot be used even though I have been staying over for work. But it's a shame that WiFi cannot be used yet. The TV doesn't turn on so it's very quiet and there is no entertainment to watch. Even though the room is very spacious and comfortable, I can't watch anything. Hopefully there will be changes next time.

Overall, it's good.
But the Wi-Fi isn't very good. It would be nice to have Wi-Fi for more comfort during business trips. The TV also doesn't work.

Stayed in a family room. Unfortunately, the blanket was only on the master bed; the other beds didn't have any.
Overall, it was pretty good.
Spacious parking area.
Hot water for a shower was good.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I received excellent service and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The room was large, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The only downside was the TV didn't work. The price was very affordable, and the hot water was always available. I think it's well worth it for those of us looking to enjoy a weekend with the family.

Nice hotel, big room, only one thing missing is the family room, which turned out to be not that big. The TV wouldn't turn on, the doorknob was loose, and the bathroom wasn't very clean.

The service is good, but the rooms are a bit inadequate, only because they are cheap. The rooms and bathrooms need repairs and maintenance. The TV and internet don't work.

Advantages: bed fits three people, spacious and clean bedroom & bathroom, 2 clean towels, toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap + shampoo sachets are available, close to Jatos, Unpad, children's boarding house, if you want to find food, there is a food restaurant right across. Disadvantages: AC is not cold enough, no TV remote, no toilet lid (but can still be flushed), swimming pool has not been cleaned.

Pros: Easy to find, ample parking, competitive price, swimming pool.
Cons: Wi-Fi doesn't work, bathroom/sink is a bit poorly maintained, roadside room is very noisy, not soundproof, ventilation windows open directly to the outside, TV doesn't work. The sheets and bedcovers need to be refurbished.

The location is very strategic in Jatinangor. But... as soon as I entered the room, there was no TV remote, and the AC was missing. I had to ask the staff first. The room was quite spacious, but the TV didn't work, the bed springs were sticking out, the bathroom toilet leaked, and there was a lot of limescale on the floor. Please pay attention to cleanliness.

The accommodation is actually quite good, but unfortunately the facilities are minimal: the AC is not cold, the Wi-Fi is faulty, the cleanliness is lacking, and there are no toiletries. Hopefully, this can be improved next time. Thank you.
