The room didn't match the one on the app. Complaints to the staff were ignored, and the handling was slow.
I stayed for 13 nights. I wanted to make an early check-in but couldn't get a refund because I booked on the app. I asked for advice but there was no solution. I couldn't upgrade to another room either.
Very disappointing. I asked for new bed linen and they said they didn't have any. How could I stay 13 nights in this condition? The bathroom smelled bad, and the room was in an unsanitary condition.

This is the umpteenth time I've had a RedDooes order, and every time I order, the AC system is always incompatible. It's a shame, as the renovations look much better than before.

The wifi signal is completely unreliable and ultimately impacts the smart TV provided cannot be watched properly. There are no tissues provided in the room. The hot water does not work because according to the staff it uses solar power so during the rainy season the hot water will not work. A small clothesline for towels needs to be added. The rest of the other facilities are okay.
