Maybe it could be cleaner for the room, it doesn't look damp, the room lights could be brighter so it doesn't look dim, please clean the AC. The bathroom is a bit dirty and there are no hangers.

if you come here, bring your own toothbrush because it is not provided. Just try it yourself, the cheap price just looks like it needs a lot of repairs. Just do transit if the staycation is not comfortable.

There is no soundproofing so when you bring a baby to stay, their rest will be disturbed because the noise from other guests outside is very loud.

COCKROACH Nest. Never been there anymore. The price is equivalent to a 4 star hotel. At least it is CLEANED like the room. If you're not in a pinch, you won't stay. 😫.

The hotel staff and crew are honest, the facilities are complete, the rooms are clean, the mattresses and pillows are clean, and thank you for the honesty of the Redors Otista Garut staff, I left my i-watch behind, the price was quite a lot but I found it in the room and it was secured by the staff, thank you.

The blanket smells, there is an air hole in the room that is not covered by mosquito net, so we can't sleep because there are many mosquitoes, the bath towel is hard like a cracker. Not recommended! Never come back.
