The hotel was very comfortable, but the rooms weren't soundproof. Sounds from the hallway in front of the door and from the balcony windows could be heard inside. On Saturday mornings, there was the sound of Zumba in the field near the hotel.

Overall, the hotel is nice and worth the price. The staff are what stood out most for me. If they have more kid-friendly facilities (swimming pool or kids meal), it will be even better. The meal quality is good enough (I ate dinner and breakfast there), but will be better if being kept warm (for some breakfast menus, we tasted them feeling already cold).

Good experience. Check-in was fast and smooth. Rooms were clean, nice, and spacious. Location is close to Simpang Lima, with plenty of culinary options nearby. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool. Otherwise, everything is great.
