the hotel location is good near with shopping mall, lobby area also comfort for hanging out, the room is big and comfort. very convenience travel with family cause the swimming also big. breakfast is good and have a lot choices. very recommended hotel.

Since this hotel is five star, the facility and accommodation are perfect. The food is very good the views around the hotel are very beautiful. There is plaza Ambarrukmo beside the hotel so you just walk to go there. If we go to Yogyakarta again, we will stay at hotel Royal Ambarrukmo.

I have not been in Jogja except staying here, But it's time for me to give advice:
1. The bed sheet feels rough, not soft
2. I always get the edge of the towel torn

Check in was very smooth, coincidentally just checked in around 4 am because I went to Jogja by train and the staff were all alert, friendly and without delay we were able to check in to our room. Breakfast also has many variations and the most delicious is the gudeg. I don't know why I usually don't like gudeg, but the gudeg at this restaurant is a must try. All the staff are friendly and greet us when we pass by. This is a kids-friendly hotel too because there are many activities for children, there is also a kids corner for breakfast. We will come back for sure, and bring the kiddos here too!
