It's fun to stay here with family, only the price is above 1 million, the amenities are incomplete, there is no liquid soap for soaking in the bathtub, only 2 bottles of mineral water are given

Overall, it's okay and comfortable.
Things that need improvement:
- Wi-Fi is slow and not available in all rooms, even in areas with poor signal.
- No tissues in the rooms.
- Breakfast is usually gone by 8:00 because it's combined with outbound activities. It's okay, but if it runs out, it can be refilled. It's a shame for the regular guests.

At first, I was a bit hesitant about choosing this hotel because of the somewhat negative reviews. However, after arriving, those doubts disappeared completely. Everything was great: friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious food. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed in the future: very slow Wi-Fi.

The location is great, the room view is beautiful, and the overall garden and hotel view are beautiful. However, the bedsheets in the room had lots of yellow spots and a pretty musty smell, as did the pillows. The TV is still analog, with only a few channels. Free Wi-Fi, but it's really slow. The bathroom shower lever is broken. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp starting in the afternoon, but they only responded around 9am.
Although the location, view, environment, and ambiance of the hotel are very memorable, the facilities and cleanliness of the room are lacking.
Hopefully, this can be a good evaluation for the hotel management. Honestly, this is my first time staying here. If there are any changes, I'd really like to come back.
