smelly towels, already asked for replacement but still smells bad, there are towels with holes that are not suitable for use, there are also dirty towels with stains, hair dryer has to be borrowed back and forth from the receptionist, the hair dryer is not hot and not strong, also disappointed about the service where I was only informed that there were menstrual blood stains on the bedsheet when I was about to check out and immediately deducted the deposit + additional fee even though the incident happened on the 2nd day of my 4th stay, they should have informed me the day before I checked out and given the option to wash it myself first if it doesn't go away please charge an additional fee and deduct the deposit

Facilities: The room, towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets smell of cigarettes. The bathroom counter top has come off and has been left with sharp, dangerous edges. The corners of the room are dirty. The walls are cracked and dusty.
Convenience: Very noisy at night. At 1 a.m., people from other rooms were screaming and running around. There was no warning from the hotel.
Service: The receptionist was very poor. The check-in voucher clearly stated check-in on the 28th and check-out on the 30th. On the morning of the 29th, I was called to ask if I wanted to check out or continue. After I confirmed by going to the reception desk, the receptionist said yes without apologizing.

When I stayed, I got the 7th floor, so I had to climb one more flight of stairs to the seventh floor, because the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor. Ideally, the elevator should go up to the seventh floor, so as not to inconvenience the guests staying there...

The cheapest 4-star hotel in South Kalimantan, the corridor leading to the room is carpeted, access to the pool and after swimming is comfortable because the kids can take a shower straight in the room without fear of slipping. I'm a regular staycation at Royal Jelita. The most strategic location in the city center, near the bus stop, for those who want to try taking Tayo to the mall is very easy, just leave the hotel, take the bus from the stop in front of the hotel, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the front of the mall.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Unfortunately, check-in was 30 minutes late. The downside was that the room wasn't soundproof, so noise from outside was often heard, and conversely, noise from the room could be heard from outside.

Plus: Check-in and check-out were fast. The receptionist and security guard in the back parking lot were friendly and very helpful. It's easy to find food nearby. The downside is the slow Wi-Fi. The new towels smelled musty, as if they hadn't dried properly, but were given to guests. The pillows weren't soft and needed replacing. And there was no refrigerator, even though my friends booked the same room type with one (room 212).
