Great view, great foods, great ambiance, awesome room and facilities…free shuttle to the golf course and to the outdoor parking lot as well, and the only turn-back is indoor basement parking spaces, whereas only available for less than 15 car spaces.

We booked the wrong hotel date, and luckily there were still rooms available on that day, so the hotel allowed us to reschedule on that date with an easy and straightforward process. The food was all delicious and the breakfast was varied. The swimming pool was complete from kids, family to adult. The kids club was quite large and complete.

Room was located next to the main road. The window glass /door did not function at all to reduce the noise. we did not get a good sleep during the stay. Hope can improve or at least pre warned the guest.

A very comfortable staycation. We received excellent hospitality, even getting a room upgrade from the hotel. The view from the room is undeniable; it's absolutely stunning, especially in the morning. The kids' activities are also fun and engaging at no extra cost, especially the movie and zoo activities, which really made the kids happy. Thank you to the hotel staff. This will be one of our choices for another staycation.

Plus points:
1. Friendly staff.
2. Cleanliness of the rooms and hotel area.
3. Good food quality, not too many breakfast options but tasty.
4. Plenty of activities for children.
Minuses:
1. The adult pool is clearly in a VERY UNSUITABLE and UNSAFE condition. The pool floor is cracked and sharp, making it very dangerous. It needs to be RENOVATED IMMEDIATELY!!!
2. There is no option for a dimly lit pool with warm water, so the children get cold.
3. The bathroom drain is stagnant, as seen in the photo.

My kids always enjoy staying here because the rooms, restaurant, and pool are always a great place for them to relax. And this time, we got a room with a sunrise view just as beautiful as the photo I uploaded. It was truly memorable. Thank you for all the service. We will be back again.

Room was located next to the main road. The window glass /door did not function at all to reduce the noise. we did not get a good sleep during the stay. Hope can improve or at least pre warned the guest.

A very comfortable staycation. We received excellent hospitality, even getting a room upgrade from the hotel. The view from the room is undeniable; it's absolutely stunning, especially in the morning. The kids' activities are also fun and engaging at no extra cost, especially the movie and zoo activities, which really made the kids happy. Thank you to the hotel staff. This will be one of our choices for another staycation.

I loved it... The kids were happy too, especially with the bubble pool. The room was clean and not musty, and the bathroom was clean, along with the towels. The linens and pillows were also clean...

Plus points:
1. Friendly staff.
2. Cleanliness of the rooms and hotel area.
3. Good food quality, not too many breakfast options but tasty.
4. Plenty of activities for children.
Minuses:
1. The adult pool is clearly in a VERY UNSUITABLE and UNSAFE condition. The pool floor is cracked and sharp, making it very dangerous. It needs to be RENOVATED IMMEDIATELY!!!
2. There is no option for a dimly lit pool with warm water, so the children get cold.
3. The bathroom drain is stagnant, as seen in the photo.
