I love love love the design and interior of the smart room. the industrial vibe is magnificent. I even find myself blown away simply by the faucet. monochromatic colors is my favorite and this hotel give just that. it could’ve been better if they got more variety on the tv channels, but I spent 3 nights here in this hotel and it was worth it. this is gonna be my “go to” hotel in Manado.

I really love to stay here, the room is very nice, clean, cozy, and also comfortable. the receptionist is very humble, and also the other staffs are really nice. this is my 3rd time to stay here. and one more thing I really love the sambal roa and banana fried it so yummy. thank you sloft 🙂

I stayed with my wife at S Loft Hotel Manado for transit because we will continue our trip to Tomohon. The first time entering the lobby I was greeted with the warm hospitality from the hotel staffs and they were very informative. The S Loft Suite room is exceptional, it is very spacious with retro design. The restaurant at the first floor is also very classic but elegant.
In my next visit, I want to try another type of room as offered on the hotel website. This hotel is situated in the city center. The city transportations are available in front of the hotel so it is very easy to access some favorite places like Mantos, Wanea Plaza, Transmart, Manado Bay. This hotel is a perfect choice for your visit to Manado.

There were a lot of issues when i arrived at my room. The AC and jet shower were leaking but the staff was very quick to respond and help fix them. Thank you

The bed was dirty, you can even see blood on linen… The first floor rooms have to use stair and the stair is unsafe. Aircon wasn't work properly, and the air wasn't even cold.

Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and we are very concerned to hear about the condition of the linen in your room. After we double checked linen was clean and
have dry stain (was not new wet blood) & we assured we are not set up used linen or dirty linen for new guest & we always daily laundry of all our linens & towels.
We also regret the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning, while that room also was occupied by other guests were before and in our recorded they weren't having issue about the AC. And regarding the stairs that we concerns about the safety stairs and besides that the lobby is not far from the room.
Your comments are valuable to us, and we truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a much-improved stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly but unfortunately the room given is one with stairs. Hopefully in the future they will be given one with an elevator like usual.
