Back again!! Yes! The kids were so happy staying at this treehouse. Giving them a new experience. Last visit was on May 2020 but we came back on Jan 2021. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone with curiosity. This hotel went to extra miles to cater my family's needs.

Overall good, just a shame the swimming pool is cold, with the temperature at the top being super cold so the kids canceled swimming. Hopefully in the future there will be changes, come back there with a warm pool, so the kids will feel at home.

The place is okay, but the phone call instructions are still slow, I tried to order from a restaurant but it took a long time to call but no one answered, I complained that the terrace lights were not turned on even though it was Maghrib, so it was scary and the children were scared, I tried calling again and the instructions were 1123, but it turned out that the person who answered was the children, so I had to go to the receptionist quite far away, when I got to the receptionist, the operator said 0, but it was different from the instructions on the phone, the top child's bed had come off, we stayed in caravan 24

plus minus, the hotel and its facilities are just ordinary for this price, but because the main goal is to go to TSI, so it's easiest to stay here. even though the room without AC is already cold, the TV is not clear, going up and down the stairs is healthy. the important thing is the kids are happy.

Stayed at Safari Resort for 2 nights, and it was a new and fun experience. It's just that my bedroom, the roof was a little damp and had a damp smell, and maybe it could be because it's in a cold area, so it didn't stop me from staying there, the service was okay and very fast.

This was our first time staying at Caravan, and overall the experience was nice. The service was great and the staff were friendly. However, as someone who has stayed at Mara Safari Bali before, I feel Safari Bogor could improve by offering more perks and benefits for guests, such as including the entrance ticket and free transportation. That kind of package would be much more attractive, just like what Mara Safari offers. Even though there's a discount, the total price still feels expensive, especially compared to what local visitors pay.

I have stayed at the villa safari resort many times. Usually it's okay if the villa is a bit old. But this visit got a new villa above the restaurant. The toilet smells really bad from the water drain. So it's not very comfortable even though it's the main room. And it's really dirty with lots of insects and dust like it hasn't been used and cleaned for a long time. Even though it was low season there.
