The staff is friendly, and the location is strategically located near Bukit Bintang and the town square. The price is very affordable. The walls could use some improvement in the room's cleanliness. There's no trash can in the room, and there's no TV remote.

Strategically located. Close to Jatim Park 1 and Bukit Bintang, the Grand Mosque, and the Among Tani Market. Affordable. Rooms can accommodate up to four people (husband, wife, and two children). Highly recommended 👍

The room was stuffy, with no air conditioning or fan. A fan is a must, for a hotel of this class.

The location is strategic, close to everything (the town square, the transport museum, JTP 1, Bukit Bintang, etc.), and the views around the villa are also very beautiful. In the morning, you can see the mountains and explore the pine forest behind. The villa is very good, enough for 4-8 adults because in addition to the two bedrooms, there are also two extra beds. Upon entering the villa, it smells good and is quite clean (there are still some dirt residues in the corners, but it's okay, it's not too disturbing). The cupboard is moldy from being unused for a long time, but for me, it's not a problem because I only used it for one day. The TV, Wi-Fi are reliable, and the bathroom has a water heater, so in weather as cold as Batu, I don't have to worry about showering. Thankfully, there were no water outages, and most importantly, it wasn't scary. For those who want to cook, the kitchen utensils are quite complete. However, when I stayed, it was a shame there was only one spoon and no knife. The rest of the cooking utensils, rice cooker, plates, bowls, etc. are readily available. But if you don't want to cook, don't worry, there are often street vendors selling food passing by in front of the villa. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to get a great price, even though it was a long weekend. So, if you're looking for an affordable, comfortable villa with fairly complete amenities, you can come here. However, if you're looking for something aesthetically pleasing and uploadable, this might not be the right choice. Thank you, and I'll be back if I get the chance again.

The hotel is strategically located, close to tourist attractions, not noisy, and quite spacious. However, the pillowcases look like they were used by other guests, very rough, and the bathroom toilet smells. Please replace the curtains with ones that aren't torn, so they'll be a bit more aesthetically pleasing. But thank God, we can rest easy, and hopefully, things will improve in the future... so we can enjoy performances at this inn again. Thank you.

Upon arrival at Batu, we went to the reception at the Sultan Agung office. Check-in was quick and easy. We were immediately given the villa key and map coordinates. The villa was only about 5 minutes away. The residential area, with its shady pine hills as a backdrop, was a sight to behold. Upon arrival, the villa had been mopped, but the moldy cupboards hadn't been cleaned. The tables were dusty. Cooking utensils, a rice cooker, a refrigerator, and a water dispenser were provided, along with drinking water. There are two spacious bedrooms with two additional beds, so it can accommodate a large family. Six towels are provided. The air is cool and refreshing, eliminating the need for air conditioning or a fan. In front of the villa, from morning, there are many food vendors selling fried Malang fritters, rabbit and chicken satay, ronde, soto (a type of soto), fresh milk, and more. The owner is friendly. I will return here on my next trip to Batu. I hope this information will serve as input for improving cleanliness. Thank you.

The accommodation is cheap and worth it just to sleep and then explore Batu city.

The room size is spacious and the sheets are clean and the room smells good, but the window frame is damaged so it is difficult to open and close and needs to be replaced, as well as the door handle that needs repair, the floor and ceramic walls of the toilet are clean and odorless, but the sink and mirror in the toilet need more attention because the sink is a bit dirty and the toilet mirror is less functional as if it has not been cleaned for a long time, in the room there is a TV whose network and connection are sometimes not smooth and intermittent, and the water installation that always turns off every 6 am cannot be turned on until you have to take a shower to the nearest prayer room and the water heater at night makes a loud noise for a long time and is a bit disturbing to comfort...
