Great experience.
Surprised that we got a free room upgrade to a premiere room upon check-in. As informed by the receptionist, they always have this "free room upgrade" for lucky "guest of the day".
The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spacious.

Hi travellers,
This hotel just nice as it was before the renovation, and you can walk in the plaza as well to get a coffee or meals.
The pool was perfectly blue, though I advise you to go here on early morning since it is outdoor one.
The location is on Babarsari street, where many things you needed are available on this street.
Of course another attraction place can be reached below 30 minutes like Malioboro. Be sure to enjoy your stay!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good. The room is clean. However, because there was a football match in the breakfast area at night, the sound was loud enough to be heard in the room, so it was a bit disturbing when sleeping at night. Other than that, it was very good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I even asked for extra towels, and they were delivered immediately. Very satisfying! The hotel area was also very clean and smelled great, including the rooms.

We had two bookings for a 3-day, 2-night stay in different bed types: a twin for the first night and a double for the second. A problem arose when we were moving rooms. Because we were leaving, the receptionist offered to have our belongings moved by the hotel staff. Upon returning, we discovered we had left some of our belongings behind, and we had to go to the receptionist to find them. The hotel staff didn't even inform us that we had left something behind due to the negligence of the staff. We regretted that the staff who moved our belongings didn't move all of our belongings, leaving some of them in the previous room. What was even more disappointing was that the rooms were actually the same size. We had previously requested a twin room, but were refused, as the hotel had no policy to prevent us from having to move rooms, which was extremely inconvenient due to the staff's negligence.
