Service is ok, but just checked in, 2 hours later checked out. Sorry, I think it's not comfortable. The mattress is not good enough, the lights can't be dimmed.

the bathroom lock is broken and can't be opened, I asked the officer for help but he answered rudely and said I locked it from the inside, there was no one inside so why not accept it if the lock itself was broken. the AC is also not cold, the mattress was installed upside down, the spring part facing up so it was hard

Sorry, but I had to stay here. Because the hotels in Yogyakarta are full. And pay 2.5 million for 2 rooms for 1 night with quality ah. That's it.

The room is okay. Only the staff is a crazy guy, really rude, not friendly at all. Please be friendly to the customers! When asked if we could have a late checkout, the answer was really curt!

Changed rooms because the key was stuck, so lame. Wifi also didn't connect. Breakfast? Don't know what's wrong. The bathroom could be cleaned more

the place is safe, the AC is on, the TV is on but never turned on the TV, but never swept during my 3 days there 😔
maybe because the key was taken? finally borrowed a broom and swept it myself... the staff is friendly. outside the hotel the environment is really full of Indomaret cafes etc. so it's really nice
