Yesterday I saw in the description that many were not sure, but now that I'm here, it's nice... the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are also friendly... yes, the parking lot is not that spacious but it's enough, the parking attendants wake you up at night or in the morning and are also friendly.

Quite quite surprised with the service of sans hotel in Surabaya. There is no security guard to help carry luggage or open the door. The room is clean, but the walls and floors should be given more attention. The elevator is not working and is quite a hindrance. that's all

Sans International Homestay hotel is actually very good, it's just that you might need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room area and around the hotel, because there is a lot of dust on the table in the room and next to the mattress. Overall it is very good with an affordable price.

The hotel is ugly, expensive, yes, the bathroom is dirty, it's not clean, the table is also full of dust, it's not soundproof, the bed is uncomfortable, the blanket is dirty and there are traces of who knows what + it's torn again, that's enough and even then it's forced.

Cari hotel murah buat tes SMBT adik nginep 2 malam, lihat review agak kurang yakin dan bener baru pertama masuk lobby udah bau rokok, resepsionis bapak-bapak berjaket, tempat FO nya berantakan dan bapaknya agak cuek awalnya. Dapat kamar 119 paling pojok, begitu masuk kamar model kamarnya sesuai di foto setelah saya cek. 1. Dapat 2 handuk 1 kotor. 2. Sprei sudah gak layak pakai kalo untuk kelas hotel. 3. Sarang laba-laba4. Dinding kamar usang. 5. Kran shower bocor. Nilai plusnya. 1. Ac dingin sangat dibutuhkan di surabaya. 2. Air hangat lancar. 3. Harga under 200 sudah ada kulkasnya. 4. Tv lumayan masih banyak chanelnya. Sebenernya hotelnya bagus cuma butuh perhatian lebih untuk kebersihanya kalo untuk harga under 200 sih sangat lumayan.

Terpaksa early checkout dan saat ngurus refund malah dioper-dioper dan prosedurnya gak jelas. Kebersihannya sangat kurang, debunya banyak, kamar mandi berkerak, dinding jamuran dan banyak serangga. Lobi tulisannya no smoking tapi pegawainya malah smoking.
