The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was also very clean. I saw reviews on Google that said it wasn't very clean, but when I actually stayed there, I got a room with a very clean bathroom. The room was also clean, with a TV, cool AC, and it was quiet. It was the best.

The first impression when entering the lobby was that the doormat was dirty and dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The lobby was gloomy. The rooms were large, like a typical old hotel, but with minimal facilities. The bathroom was large but a bit smelly, so I kept the exhaust fan on.

Family-friendly, quiet, and helpful staff. They loaned us a power cord and fixed AC asap. One thing that could be improved is a place to dry wet items.

The hotel is old, the room is according to the price, you can't expect much, because the room is at the end so there is a side window so the room can be seen from outside so we used tape to cover the curtains, but the super staff was very helpful, asked for an extra bed and it was immediately prepared.

The pool was nice. But the room & bathroom not so good. There is a spider web when we enter the room and the sink is leaking. The A/C is noisy when we turn it on. If it's only for 1-2 nights stay and you are looking for a cheap accommodation, then you can consider this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Sanur Harbor, just a 5-minute walk. The hotel staff is not very friendly, the towels still smell a bit, and there is no bellboy service. Thank you, Agung Sanur Hotel 🙏

For the owner, please, if you don't ask for the room to be cleaned, never let your employees in. Some of my belongings are missing, even though they cost 600,000, they are expensive for me.

Very close to Sanur Harbor, 5 minutes walk so you don't have to worry about being late to Nusa Penida, it's worth it for transit to Nusa Penida.

we stayed in room 219, the door to the bathroom was broken, when defecating the smell went back into the toilet, maybe the drainage pipe was problematic and it was quite disturbing, so the toilet had to be closed / not used first with the ventilation turned on for at least 30 minutes so that the smell would disappear. bar soap and shampoo as amenities but without toothbrush and toothpaste
the location is close to Sanur beach and Sanur harbor, so it's easy for us who want to go to Nusa Penida to access

- This is the second worst hotel after SRI KANDI INN (KUTA) that I have ever booked on Traveloka. I booked a price for 3 people but there was only 1 small bed, how could I sleep, the toilet was really dirty and shabby, it was terrible and I didn't dare to use it, the accommodation was very shabby and extremely bad, it was like a haunted house, it was the most horrible experience in my life of renting a hotel and it wasn't cheap and they didn't even give me a refund, it was really terrible. There was no electric kettle, refrigerator, shampoo, and other necessary items.

The staff is friendly, I asked for an early check in and was given one because the room was already empty, and the room was really nice and clean. I stayed for 2 days after playing, it turned out the room had been cleaned. It's really good, thank you
