The room was very spacious and very comfortable. However, the AC couldn't be adjusted (it was probably broken), so it was incredibly cold. Poor my son, his hands felt like they were freezing.

Friendly but the 3rd time I stayed here the room door was broken and I couldn't lock it when I wanted to go out so I called the staff and they responded quickly.

(-) the kids were excited to swim. when we got there it turned out the adult pool was dirty, the water was murky like dawet water. it was ticklish to see. in the end we didn't go swimming.
(-) breakfast arrived at 9 am and it was all gone and not restocked. there were few variants. additional person 60k. too expensive for a variety of ordinary food.
(-) the hotel staff were not very friendly. if we passed each other, they didn't smile or greet us. even though there was only one elevator, the staff were quiet.
(+) even though the hotel is old, the rooms are still good and clean

Variety of food at breakfast, everyday something new and good like baked potatoes or chocolate cake. Problem with no power in the room at check in could be fixed quickly. Little water comes at the sink but shower is great.

Last minute booked Sapadia because of 1 day extension based on my brother's recommendation. Got a really big room. However, for the input in the room 400 water from the shower is really small and the sink has a hole so if used it will flood.

Overall ok. But the lights and equipment in the room should always be checked whether the condition is sufficient as before the guest enters the room. I had to ask for a replacement tea pot because it was leaking.
