good experience camping with family, excellent service, comfy, and the place is beautiful. The camping park is far from the lobby so better bring your own vehicle or you can ride the shuttle.

Arrived in the afternoon, immediately checked in quickly, no problem, paid a deposit of 100 thousand, from FO given access card to enter the water park & enter the Mayangsari pool for 2 people, vouchers for breakfast & welcome drink vouchers that can be used across from the Kadaka cafe on the edge of the river, where the atmosphere is fun to hang out, then enter the room for the size of 24 m is quite cozy, in the afternoon approaching night the child asked directly to the hot spring pool located inside the restaurant, there are several hot spring pools for adults 120 cm 40 degrees and children 60 cm 39 degrees, great for soaking until the evening, oh yes because it came the weekend so the hot spring pool is open until 24.00. In the morning, breakfast has a lot of variety of food in the front and in the middle there is a buffet menu that is very varied, there are also many chairs available inside & outside the restaurant as well as by the pool. In the afternoon, playing at the water park must activate the access card first at FO, to the water park you can take a free shuttle car because if you walk quite far. Without realizing it, it was already afternoon & I hadn't had time to play in the free Mayang Sari hot spring pool using the access card due to time constraints. In the afternoon, I took a car back to the FO to return the access card and refund the 100k deposit. When returning to Bandung, try not to return during the day because there will definitely be traffic jams towards Lembang, it is recommended to go > 5 o'clock so the traffic is smoother. Overall, the stay here was quite satisfying & enjoyable even though it was only 1 night so I couldn't enjoy all the facilities provided, so it is recommended to stay at Sari Ater for at least 2 days. The only thing that bothered me was when I was in the room at 11 o'clock I got a call from the FO for check out time so I had to pack quickly even though it wasn't 12 o'clock yet. That's the experience of staying at the Sari Ater hotel.

A memorable family vacation at the cottage, everything was great, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was stocked with tableware and cooking utensils, even a cutting board and knife. The heated swimming pool was right in front of our unit.
But I regret not bringing a hair dryer from home because it wasn't provided in the unit we chose, hehe. Thank you Ciater. We'll be back soon, God willing.
