good experience camping with family, excellent service, comfy, and the place is beautiful. The camping park is far from the lobby so better bring your own vehicle or you can ride the shuttle.

Upon check-in, I was given a less-than-ideal room in Villa No. 620, the end cluster of the old building.
My first complaint: when I wanted to wash the dishes, the tap water was cloudy and unusable.
My second complaint: there was a lot of dust in the bedroom and living room.
My third complaint: when I was about to make hot tea, I noticed the kitchen counter looked like it had been infested with termites and was falling off.
I ran out of patience and immediately went to the front desk to meet with the duty manager that day to complain. I was eventually moved to Villa No. 428, which was much more comfortable and located right in front of the hot springs.
I wondered if it was because I booked through Traveloka that I was given such a shabby villa room, even though the price was quite reasonable at 2.5 million rupiah per day.
Because, when I was walking around, I saw that many villas were still empty and no one had checked in.

The staff are all friendly and responsive. The place is comfortable and clean. There's a free shuttle around the 40-hectare resort.
The hotel breakfast is varied and delicious...
It feels like one day is more than enough to spend with the family.
If you want to book, don't hesitate...the place is comfortable, delicious, and clean.
Free breakfast for 2 people.
Free waterpark entry for 2 people (If you're over 3 years old, you have to pay again; if you're older than the free hotel for 2 people).
Free entry to Sariater Recreation for 2 people.
Free parking, so you can come and go freely (don't forget to ask the receptionist for a copy when checking in).
