Having a wonderful stay in Ubud area. The hotel is located near to Ubud Water Palace, art market, and Monkey Forest. The room is clean and comfortable. All staff are polite and helpful. Keep it up!

We really love to stay in this hotel during our time in Ubud! The reception welcome us nicely and giving welcome dring and a cake. The room is super clean and the arrangement of the furniture is just perfect! The amenities is super complete. The hotel also located in strategic place, just go outside you can find what you need just in walking distance. Perfect!

Just wanted somewhere to lay my head for the night and do a spot of shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet room, with a comfy bed and an amazing hot shower.

Very clean compared to most other hotels near by. They were very good about keeping insects away to even though they are close to the forest/rice fields. Dedicated would stay again. In fact we tried to extend our stay but they were fully booked!

I stayed for 4 nights, including Nyepi day.
The hotel is located far from just a 10-minute-walk to the palace where the Ogoh-Ogoh parade was held. Some stores near the hotel still open after 11:30pm, when the Ogoh-Ogoh parade was almost over, so that I could get some foods for Nyepi day.
It was great that they offered a class on how to make Canang Sari, something that I've been wanting to learn long time, on Nyepi day. I definitely recommend staying at SenS Hotel and Spa Conference Ubud Town Centre if you plan to visit Ubud during Nyepi.

The hotel has 4-star amenities & the staff both at the reception, restaurant & housekeeping were all nice & attended to our needs in prompt & professional manner. There was just a little hiccup with the airport pickup from DPS as the hotel driver left without us. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours, but the driver checked & could not get info about our flight. Still delayed flights are not rare & the driver & hotel should have made sure that we get on the hotel shuttle from DPS to the hotel as arranged because we gave them our flight #. Other than this, we had a nice stay at this hotel.

The stuff was grate , the hotel overall is nice.location is quite good.
The only problem is shower and toilet cabin. It is made from glass and have only curtain not to make it aquarium :)
So no you can hear all details what other doing in shower room.
