All is OK except these 2 things that made the overall rating from me is not that good:
1) the room toward the street is not soundproof, it can be rather noisy from all the cars passing by
2) when checking out, one of the elevators doesn’t work while the other one don’t work properly (the L button for lobby floor doesn’t work). I pressed the emergency button for so long, no one responded. Imagine if it’s a real emergency?

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent—the staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Overall a good experience, besides the checkin really take a long times, and the facilities all good with those prices all worth it, room are clean, and location very strategic, food, mart, gas station all near the hotel, so no need worry about anything. Minus thing is when i stay here, there’s another guest that very loud until 1am mid night, it’s really annoying, i think the staff should remind this kind of guest.

the place is comfortable, I got a room near the pool, my room is not damp and smelly like other reviews. but the drawback is there are no sandals in the room, then this hotel seems to be a destination for school children's study tours. so it is very noisy, especially at night until dawn there are lots of students running and screaming in the corridor. hopefully the hotel will consider regulating customers who disturb the comfort of others.
