The room was spacious, the staff were all nice and helpful. They provided in-room breakfast and it was yummy and in big portion (fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, vegetables, bread, fruits, water). It was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

This hotel is perfect for family getaways. It's located right in the middle of Bandung, where you can enjoy classical Bandung atmosphere. Their service was impeccable! Every staff member has a great command of English and were very professional.

The towels are no longer white and don't absorb water. The pillows are hard and too high. Parking is limited and cramped, and it's not free, not in line with the advertisement.

Overall, staying here was quite comfortable. It would be even more comfortable if other facilities were improved, such as the room door handles and others, but all of that was compensated by the best service from the staff. Thank you.

The bedroom door couldn't be opened at one point, so we had to wait more than an hour for it to be repaired. We had just returned from our activities. We were very tired and needed to rest. The TV cabinet looked like it was about to collapse; when we opened it, the back wall of the cabinet was visible. The bathroom and bedroom were also poorly maintained, with dust in several places making it uncomfortable. Hopefully, this can be fixed in the future.
