The bathroom toilet looks dirty and the water smells

The bed is also very noisy
.
And the parking problem, there was no parking sign because there was a wedding and the entrance was blocked by a car, when I wanted to check out the parking staff asked "where is the sign?" I said "there wasn't any, it was blocked by a wedding car", the parking staff seemed suspicious and asked for the STNK even though he himself told me to come in "it's okay, just come in"

From the friendly staff, strategic location close to km2. but the condition of the room is old, it needs to be rejuvenated. Especially the toilet seat is dirty because it has been a long time so there are black stains that cannot be removed. The room door cannot be locked from the outside. Luckily I got a corner room. In the morning it is recommended to open all the water taps before using the toilet because it is a bit surprising when you want to flush the toilet and want to brush your teeth the water is black. The rest is good

Staying here is very pleasant. The location is in the city center, access to several places is very close, but the parking area facilities are very narrow. If there is a wedding event, parking is difficult to get in and out of the hotel.

The staff who served the check in were not friendly, and the check in process took more than 10 minutes. The room carpet was dirty, there were parts of the wallpaper that were peeling off, the TV remote was taped and no longer worked. The room was noisy with the sound of the AC machine buzzing. The ceiling was leaking.

The location is strategic, the rooms are quite spacious, it's just that 1 out of 3 rooms booked had an AC that wasn't cold, the bathroom tap needs to be repaired because it comes off easily.

breakfast has quite a lot of food choices, delicious. at that time when there were many people having breakfast so we didn't get a seat in the restaurant. but the staff was quick and helped us to sit in the cafe. thank you very much.

Overall, it's comfortable, the AC is cold, there is hot water and it feels hot, the room is quite clean, the hotel environment is quite clean, the parking service is also OK, the shortcomings are still within reasonable limits because it seems like the hotel is quite old, but it's still OK.
